At Zalseera, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

we only accept returns if the product you receive is damaged, defective or incorrect.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect or not the item you ordered

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at Zalseera@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo/video of the issue
Our team will review the case and guide you with the next steps.

 

Eligibility for Replacement / Return

A return or replacement will be accepted only if:
The product is damaged on arrival
The product received is wrong
You contact us before sending the item back
Proof of damage (photos/video) is provided
The product is unused, with tags, and in original condition
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.



Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
Wrong size or fitting issues
Color mismatch due to screen differences
Change of mind
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Only damaged or incorrect products qualify for return or replacement.



How to Request a Return (If Damaged)

If your request is approved, we will provide:

Refunds

Refunds are processed only for approved damaged/defective return cases.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
